Our Policies About Refund and Cancellation
- Every visitor is expected to observe our refund and cancellation rules, which consist of the following:
- Should it be pertinent, passengers who request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking will be refunded.
- We also have to be cautious not to promise anything regarding canceled flights or refunds.
- Should one acquire airline credits, one can use the loans for upcoming travel.

- Airlines occasionally allow refunds for "anonymous" passengers, either into their bank accounts or as airline credits.
- As travel agents, we neither set nor enforce a time limit for customers seeking refunds and cancellations. We address every cancellation request and return in turn, then transmit the refunds to the airlines for clearance.
- Once a cancellation request has been made through a channel pertinent to future subscriptions, we will email clients noting their request.
- It does not guarantee passengers a straightforward refund.
- We are not required to reimburse service costs for any cancellations. The service charge is what the passenger paid upon booking.
- The airline entirely controls how the refund is handled. Usually, the process takes sixty to ninety days from the date the cancellation request was made.
- Not too long after the cancel-request acceptance, the money is credited to your bank account. Meanwhile, some airlines offer rebates—that is, airline credits—for the next trip.
- Should the airline find that the refund does not match the policy, it could levy fines. Travelers will also be charged for services; the type of ticket and passenger count will influence the costs.
- When an airline ignores addressing a passenger's flight cancellation and refund claim, we attempt our best to reimburse the service charge from the ticket purchase. Still, we eliminate the booking fee from what we give back to the customer.
